Yosuke Otoha
Desco first met Otoha when he made a posting on the COMP Network looking for work; her offer of a minion job was summarily rejected, but he agreed to meet up with her and smash demons during the 13th Hour instead. The events of the resulting patrol caused Desco to latch onto him both emotionally and physically as something of a surrogate father figure, albeit a much more reserved one than her actual father. As of the Family Bonds log, they have forged a bond that cannot be broken.

Johnny Rayflo
Desco met Johnny when the vampire intruded on her conversation with Otoha - the resultant verbal sparring between the two firmly fixed the idea that they were a package deal in Desco's head. In the aftermath of Otoha's disappearance to another world, it was Johnny that found Desco after she'd thrown a tantrum and cheered her up, in the process revealing that he was a member of the vampire race, for which Desco has the highest respect. Although she calls him 'Uncle' as well, in the fairly strange family Desco has created for herself Johnny occupies the surrogate mother slot, as she firmly considers him Otoha's wife. As of the Family Bonds log, they have forged a bond that cannot be broken.

Sam Erstwhile
Desco first met Sam directly after the P-1 Grand Prix...or whatever that tournament was called, she didn't bother to remember. Having been injured in the Anoli attack, Sam had partially reverted to his true form, a black mass of tentacles and bizarre eyes. Desco, naturally, assumed they were blood relations somehow. Although Sam requested that she not call him 'brother', he didn't bother to tell her his name, leading Desco to refer to him as 'Great Lord of Terror' publically, even though she continued to think of him as 'Big Bro' in the depths of her heart. A recent contretemps sparked by Otoha's suspicion of Sam's facade and Sam's insistence on maintaining it pushed Desco to her breaking point, causing her to destroy Sam's apartment, revoke his right to not be called 'Big Bro', and bully him into living with the rest of the family. Only time will tell if this works out. Thanks to Desco's Halloween-induced breakdown, Sam has admitted that he won't throw her away. As of the Family Bonds log, they have forged a bond that cannot be broken.

Nano Shinonome
Nano Shinonome gave Desco a drink of water when she was coughing up blood after aggravating her throat injuries. Desco, as a result, latched onto her in much the same way she latched onto the other members of her family. Nano is probably the closest thing to a normal, sane role model Desco has, which says some very depressing things about the quality of her other role models. Following Desco's brief return home for the events of The Fuka & Desco Show, Desco learned the meaning of self-sacrifice and placing the happiness of others over her own feelings. Freshly reassured that nothing can shatter the bond she has with her Big Sis, she has officially taken to calling Nano 'Sis', throwing aside her lingering doubts over whether it would be betraying Fuka. Nano's official position in the family is actually 'Twin Sister that is only a few seconds older than Desco', which is Desco's way of saying that she's neither subordinate like a Little Sister or superior like Big Sis. As of the Family Bonds log, they have forged a bond that cannot be broken.

Tachikoma
Desco exchanged memories with Tachikoma during the Memory Swap Event. Unable to cope with Tachikoma's memories of being a wheel-footed spider-tank quickly turned Desco into a klutz constantly tripping over her own feet. Unable to understand Tachikoma's penchant for self-sacrifice quickly turned Desco into an emotional wreck, unable to reconcile - or even comprehend - the bizarre, alien thought processes of putting the well-being of others ahead of her own desires. Tachikoma, meanwhile, turned out fine. As a result, Desco resented Tachikoma quite a bit in the initial, rather rocky stages of their relationship - she couldn't say Tachikoma was unimportant or boring after thinking she was Tachikoma, so her own ego prevented her from dismissing Tachikoma's worldview as something worthless, leading her to be rather grumpy and irritable around the transformed robot as she struggled to understand a concept completely beyond her grasp. Following the events of The Fuka & Desco Show, however, Desco actually learned the meaning of self-sacrifice and how to put the happiness of certain specific people over her own happiness. As a result of this, she no longer considers Tachikoma a walking impossibility and has made a few characteristically imperious overtures of actual friendship. We'll have to see where it goes from there.
